Lalín becomes the world epicenter of the clarinet for another year.
IV International Competition
Clarinet
Within the festival, the IV Galicia Clarinet Fest 2026 International Competition will take place, which will be held on August 8 at the Lalín Auditorium (Pontevedra). The competition aims to promote young talent, foster interpretative excellence and offer artistic opportunities for national and international projection to the clarinetists who present themselves.
There will be 10 prizes in a total of three categories; in addition to free classes or discounts on tuition, the winners will be able to perform as soloists with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra of Galicia, or with the Municipal Band of A Coruña in the VIII edition of the festival.
ACADEMY
concerts
Music leaves the classrooms to offer the majesty of the great concerts and soloists in the Lalín Auditorium, the freshness and proximity of the concerts of the students and the Municipal Band of A Coruña in the Praza das Pipas, or the intimacy of the piano recitals and jazz concerts.
A diverse program where music is the common thread between tradition and the international avant-garde.
